Delivery Terms for Guddies e-store

At Guddies e-store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following delivery terms to understand the process and timeframes.


1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. After shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 13 business days depending on your location.
  • Business Days: Our delivery timeframes are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The shipping method chosen at checkout will determine the final delivery time.

  • Local Delivery: For domestic orders, the standard shipping time is typically between 5 to 7 business days.
  • International Delivery: For international orders, delivery may take between 8 to 13 business days depending on your location and the customs process in your country.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 100 € to certain locations.

4. Order Processing

Once you place an order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

5. Tracking Your Order

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through our Tracking System or through shipping partner’s website .

  • Note: Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to appear in the system after your order has been dispatched.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet our delivery timeframes, some factors beyond our control may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Customs delays
  • Delivery carrier delays

In case of any delays, we will keep you informed as much as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@guddies.ee or +372 5811 0614. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

8. Undeliverable Orders

In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up a package, or any other reason outside of our control, the order will be returned to us. If this happens, we will notify you, and you may be eligible for a refund minus shipping fees, or we can resend the order at an additional shipping cost.
