Refund and Returns Policy for Guddies.ee

Thank you for shopping at Guddies.ee. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must keep the item unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • You need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: First, contact us at info@guddies.ee with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Next, after we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Ship Your Return: Then, pack the item securely and include all original packaging and tags. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether we approve or reject your refund.
  • If we approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, we may grant only partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at exchanges@guddies.ee to arrange the exchange. Exchanges depend on product availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Free Return Shipping:

In cases where we made an error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@guddies.ee with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
